8Rental Conditions
Rental Conditions:
Rates and Payments:
The estimated cost of the rental must be paid upon delivery of the vehicle, and the settlement will be made at the end of the rental period. Payment for the vehicle rental can be made using a credit card accepted by JCBRent. If paying the rental in cash, you may do so. In the case of intending to pay by check, the rental will only proceed when the check is cashed.
The customer is obliged to pay for the consumed fuel, as well as any fines incurred.
Taxes:
All amounts are subject to VAT at the rate in force at the time of the rental.
Driver's License:
The customer must have held a driver's license for at least one year.
Driver's Age:
The person or persons authorized to drive the vehicle must be over 24 years old. However, rentals can be made to individuals under 24 years old and over 21, subject to an additional fee of up to 8.99 Euros per day, up to a maximum of 89.99 Euros per rental. In any case, the renter must hold a valid driver's license for more than one year.
Fuel:
Fuel is not included in the prices. Vehicles are delivered to the customer with a full tank, and it is the customer's responsibility to refill it at the end of the rental. If, for any reason, it was not possible to refuel the vehicle, the renter will be charged the amount of the missing fuel, plus a fee of 20 € (twenty euros).
GPS:
In case of theft, robbery, or loss of the equipment, the Customer will be charged 400€ (four hundred euros) + VAT. In case of equipment malfunction, a charge of 200 € (two hundred euros) + VAT will be applied. No charge will be made if the defect is not caused by the Customer (assessment of the equipment's condition). In case of theft, robbery, or loss of accessories, the unit value of 100 € (one hundred euros) + VAT will be charged, up to a maximum of 400€ (four hundred euros) + VAT.
Minimum Rental Period:
The minimum rental period is 24 hours.
Vehicle Deliveries and Collections:
The customer is subject to an additional fee in the following situations:
- Cities with a JCBRent station outside normal business hours of the car rental - 40€
- Cities without a JCBRent station - 50€ plus 0.60€/km to the nearest JCBRent station
-The tolerance period for vehicle delivery is 2 hours. After this period, at least one more day of rental will be charged. In any circumstance, the customer must notify JCBRent of their delay as far in advance as possible.
Additional Driver:
For an additional fee of up to 32€ per rental, second or third additional drivers may be added to the rental contract by JCBrent, subject to JCBrent's rules regarding age and driving experience.
Baby Seat:
Baby seats can be provided upon prior request and are subject to a supplement of 7.5€ per day, up to a maximum of 65€ per rental.
Pallet Jack:
If you want to rent the pallet jack along with your vehicle (if the vehicle is prepared for pallet jack use), you must pay a daily fee of 5€ (five euros).
Leaving the country:
If you intend to leave the country with one of our vehicles, you are subject to a fee depending on the vehicle and for the entire rental period.

2) Do not admit guilt or responsibility.
3) Do not leave the vehicle unprotected and unattended.
4) Immediately call JCBrent at 252 026 026, providing a detailed accident report.
5) Call the police authorities to report the incident.
6) Then call 213 816 617 TRAVEL ASSISTANCE.
7) Stay in touch with JCBrent until the end of the process.
IN CASE OF BREAKDOWN:
1) Immediately call 213 816 617 TRAVEL ASSISTANCE.
2) Then call 252 026 026 JCBrent, providing all the details about the occurrence.
3) Do not leave the vehicle unprotected and unattended.
4) Stay in touch with JCBrent until the end of the process.
IN CASE OF THEFT OR ROBBERY:
1) Call or go to the police authorities to report the incident.
2) Obtain the contacts and names of the people involved as well as witnesses.
3) Immediately call 252 026 026 JCBrent, providing all the details about the occurrence.
4) In case of partial theft, do not leave the vehicle unprotected and unattended.
5) Then call 213 816 617 TRAVEL ASSISTANCE.
6) Stay in touch with JCBrent until the end of the process.
